Wendy did a good job of dealing with getting me into a new home . I had needed to relocate the end of August, but the sellers needed to be out sooner. They pushed the selling time up even earlier than original. This was not Wendy’s fault but she had to push things. She was able to get an inspector in and also someone to give an estimate on the roof prior to closing. She even had to deal with me being out of town most of the time. We did a lot of texting and e-mailing. She seemed to be able to handle the electronics of communication adequately. I was frustrated that she did not feel it was important to attend the closing with me, Overall she did a satisfactory job.

wendy was very thorough in all the work she did for us.She went above and beyond and put her personal time in, when the road got a little rocky. there is no way we could of done this with out her. we feel we gained a friend out of all of this.
